This privacy policy explains how Ozark Mountain Foods ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit www.ozarkmountainfoods.com (the "Site"), buy from us, or contact us.

- Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and the items you buy. Payment details are entered into and processed by Shopify's secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
- Information you send us: what you write in our contact, wholesale application and suggest-a-store forms, or in emails and calls to us. If you suggest a store, that includes the business's name, contact person and phone number you give us.
- Device and browsing information: collected automatically through cookies and similar tools, such as your browser, IP address, the pages you view and how you found us.
How we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your orders, arrange pickup, and send order confirmations and receipts.
- To answer your questions, review wholesale applications, and reach out to stores that customers suggest.
- To send you emails about products and sales, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
- To keep the Site working, prevent fraud, and understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run our business:
